Doors open at 6:15PM, as well as the library, and the meeting starts at 7PM. Our guest speaker this evening will be Kathleen Bissett: The Colour of my Quilts Lecture and Trunk Show. There is still a couple of places left in her Friday workshop: Rhythms in Stained Glass -Modular Coffee Table Quilts, cost $25.00. We are well aware that our meetings have been running a little over time and have made some changes to the order in which we do business. Cynthia will begin the meeting with some quick guild business, followed by our Guest Speaker. We will then take our break, followed by Show and Tell and then finally the draws. As usual, we remind you to bring the bring the following items: * name-tag, chatelaine, and secret notion: bobbin. Each of these items will get you one ticket for our fat quarter draw! * your show and tell * money for basket draw and/or cheques for workshop sign-up. * drink or snack * fabric postcards for postcard swap Member to Member: Member Maureen H. is looking for McCalls Quilting October 2006 issue to borrow.
